Abstract: Objective To prepare molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs)of neferine.Methods MIPs of neferine were synthesized by hot-initiated polymerization with neferine as imprinting molecules,a-methacrylic acid(a-MAA) as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) as the cross-linker.Uniform design was used to optimize the condition.The selectivity of the prepared MIP of neferine was studied by packing it in a solid-phase extraction column.Results The optimum preparation condition was as follows:neferine 0.1 mmol,temperature 50 °C,a-MAA 0.8 mmol,and EDMA 2.5 mmol.Conclusion The MIP prepared by optimum method exhibits high selectivity and good recognition ability to neferine.
