Abstract: Solid phase extraction capability of phenacetin molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) was researched. Imprinted polymers were prepared by bulk polymerization. Solid phase extraction capability was studied through equilibrium absorption experiment and solid phase extraction experiment. The absorption capability of phenacetin MIPs were stronger than N-MIPs. For phenacetin standard solution(0.03 mmol/L),the extraction rate of phenacetin MIPs was 74.2%. Phenacetin MIPs presented a good specific recognition to phenacetin. As a new kind of solid phase,further studies on application of phenacetin MIPs can be developed.
