Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres (MIPMs) have been successfully prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization in polar solvent using the polystyrene particles as seeds, and resveratrol as template molecule. The resveratrol-MIPMs were characterized with scanning electronic microscope. The synthetic condition and the adsorption properties were also studied. It was found that the microspheres with concave-dipression structure had large surface area and lots of binding sites, effectively raising the combination rate and imprinted capacity.
Template and target information: resveratrol
