Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) microspheres were prepared via precipitation polymerization with p-aminobenzoic acid as template. Optimization of the conditions of reaction. Equilibrium adsorption experiment was carried out to discuss the binding performance and the results show that the microspheres have the one kinds binding sites is observed for the imprinted microspheres binding to the template with the maximum apparent binding constant 49.298 μmol/g respectively. These imprinted microspheres exhibit an excellent stereo selectivity for p-aminobenzoic acid and anthranilic acid with the resolution 1.42.
