Abstract: The thin films of glutaraldehyde in aqueous environment were grafled on chitosan microsphere by Schiff's base reaction for forming core-shell microspheres. And then, a new type of molecularly imprinted polymer was synthesized with trypsin as template molecular, 3-aminophenylboronic acid as functional monomer on the core-shell microspheres. Through static adsorption, and the adsorption properties of the polymer was studied by static adsorption. The results showed that the template molecule imprinted polymer has high adsorption capacity and specific selectivity. It also provides a new materials and method of the enrichment of template molecular from a mixture of protein.
