Abstract: The moleculary imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared by precipitation polymerzation using Boc-L-phenylalanine as the template. The polymer selectivity was indicated by the separation of the template enantiomer in the HPLC analysis the resulting polymer as stationary phase. The result showed that the imprinted polymer had higher adsorption effciency and higher selectivity, and the baseline chiral separation of the template enantiomer Boc-DL-phenylalanine was achieved quickly.
Template and target information: Boc-L-phenylalanine
Author keywords: molecularly imprinted polymer, Boc-L-phenylalanine, precipitation polymerzation
