Abstract: Nicotinamide as the template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA)as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as crosslinker, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator acetonitrile as solvent, Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) were prepared via precipitation polymerization, the imprinted polymers were characterized through the static equilibrium adsorption and chromatographic analysis. The results show that molecularly imprinted polymer performances a good adsorption capacity and specific identification for nicotinamide.
Template and target information: nicotinamide
