Abstract: Based on the molecular imprinting technology, 2,4-dihydroxyl benzophenone molecular imprinting polymers was synthesized with 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone as template, 2-vinylpyridine as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator in acetonitrile solution. The recognition properties of the MIPs were studied by equilibrium adsorption and HPLC. The results showed that the polymer had excellent affinity and marked selectirity for template molecule, and a good baseline separation of 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxyl benzophenone and its isomer 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone was achieved.
Template and target information: 2,4-dihydroxyl benzophenone
