Abstract: Using the molecular imprinting technology, hesperetin as the template, ethylene glylene methyl acrylate as cross-linker, 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, preparation the hesperetin molecularly imprinted polymer. Using ultraviolet method to choose functional monomer, A good baseline separated for hesperetin and its isomer genistein was achieved.
