Abstract: Molecular imprinting technology is a technique of making polymer which has special function of molecular recognition. It was widely applied in the field of separation analysis and catalysis. Especially in the field of mimic enzyme catalysis, it demonstrates high activation of catalyst and its specific character. The molecular imprinting polymer can be prepared by a variety of methods, such as in situ polymerization, suspension polymerization, surface imprinting, electrochemical polymerization, etc. The molecular imprinting catalyst can be prepared by the templates of transition state analogues, substrate analogues and product analogues, and other coenzymes. Molecular imprinting catalyst is mainly applied in the fields of chemical reactions and catalysis of biologic mimic enzyme.
