Abstract: Selecting L-tryptophane as molecular imprinting plymers, and chitosan which contains ammonia groups and hydroxyl groups as film material, L-tryptophane molecular imprinting CS film (MIM) was synthesized by alkali liquor-treatement with phase inversion and vitriol cross linkage aftertreatement. The composition and structure of MIM were characterized by FT-IR. Molecular identifying ability was researched by infiltration experiment of MIM. The swelling capacity and the effecting of inner mass transfer of MIM were also researched by alkali liquor-treatement with phase inversion and vitriol cross linkage after treatement.
Template and target information: L-tryptophan
Author keywords: molecular imprinting, chitosan, L-tryptophane, selective permeation
