Abstract: With methylacrylic acid as functional monomers, 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid (CPOAc) molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) were successfully prepared by bulk, suspension and deposition polymerization. By measuring respectively adsorption quantifies of different concentration CPOAc solutions and the same concentration phenoxy acetic acid, 4-chlorophenoxy acetic acid and 2, 4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid solutions, the adsorption ability and selectivity of MIP were studied. At the same time, the non-imprinted polymers were prepared to compare with the imprinted polymers. The results showed that MIP had good adsorption ability and selectivity for imprinted molecule, and the performance of MIP prepared by bulk polymerization was superior to that of suspension and deposition polymerization.
