Abstract: Phenoxyacetic acid molecular imprinted polymer (POAA-MIP ) based on Phenoxyacetic acid (POAA) as template molecule was synthesized. By means of on-column adsorption and UV-visible spectrophotometry, the selectivities of POAA-MIP to three substance (POAA, CPOAA, 2,4-D) was studied. At the same time, the performance of POAA - MIP was compared with non - imprinted polymer (NMIP) . The separability of MIP was studied by using MIP as stationary phase . The selectivities of MIP which are synthesized with monomer of MAA or 4 - VP were investigated. The result indicated that the selectivity of MIP is superior to NMIP, and the selectivity depends on monomer type.
Template and target information: phenoxyacetic acid, POAA
