Abstract: Application of molecular imprinted method for the synthesis of PenG-MIP, combined with the Benedict reagents analysis assured that the balanced adsorption time of PenG-MIP in milk is 6 h, selective adsorption experiments showed penicillin imprinted polymers in milk exhibited high specificity to penicillin. Proper particles added into a certain amount of milk containing penicillin and then the separated milk was applied to fermentation activity experiment, according to the amount of particles to determine the amount of penicillin residues in milk, achieving goals of combining the two for rapid quantitative detection of penicillin residues in milk with the results of high accuracy, and at the same time PenG-MIP particles can be used repeatedly and which greatly reduced the cost of testing.
