Abstract: Molecularly imprinted membrane was prepared by using penicillin as a template molecule by sol-gel synthesis and removing the imprinted molecule. Cyclic voltammetry was used to measure the response to penicillin. The enrichment time of molecularly imprinted membrane electrode was 200 s. In the concentration range from 0.1 μg/L to 1.8 μg/L, the current intensity of penicillin in PBS showed good linear relationship with its density. The sensor eluted with methanol could be reused three times. The imprinted molecular membranes could ensure the stability and the specificity within a week.
