Abstract: Using o-phenylenediamine and hydroquinone as the fuctional monomer, and cardiac troponin I as the template, the molecular imprinting membrane was synthesized in the PBS solution of pH 7.0 by cyclic voltammetry on the glassy carbon electrode with molecular imprinting technology. This membrane exhibited a specific recognization of cardiac troponin I, on the concentration of 0.01-2.00 μg/mL, the concentrations and peak currents showed a linear relationship. The detection limit was 2 ng/mL, the respond time was 15 minutes. The molecular imprinting biosensor had advantages of easy preparation, good specificity and stability.
