Abstract: Molecular imprinting technique(MIT) was a technique for selective separation of compounds based on immunology and biochemistry, and it can simulate the interactions relying on molecular recognition between antibody and antigen, enzyme to substrate. The recent progress in the methods for synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymer and applications of MIT in the field of analytical chemistry and biology were reviewed.
