Abstract: In order to separate and concentrate the parathion in water efficiently, the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized by photo-polymerization with parathion as the template molecule and TMPTA as a crosslinking agent. According to the UV and IR spectra, the interaction between parathion and functional monomers were studied and the MIP was evaluated. The above prepared MIP was used to extract parathion in water samples with SPE-GC, the detection limit (3S/N) was 0.48 μg/L. Recoveries were 86.2% ~ 115.7 % and relative standard deviations (n=6) were 3.0% ~ 6.6%.
Template and target information: parathion
Author keywords: molecularly imprinted polymer, Photo-polymerization, Parathion, SPE-GC, water
