Abstract: Molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction is one of important technique of sample pretreatment which have the characteristics as high selectivity, good stability, wide serviceability and so on. The review introduced the synthesis principle, methods and characteristics of MIPs and MISPE mode, summarized the technique application in food mycotoxins, pesticide and veterinary drug residues, illegal substances and environmental contaminants in recent years. Besides, the application of technology in food contaminants analysis problems and future development were discussed.
