Abstract: Molecular imprinting is a borderline subject developed from polymer chemistry and biochemistry. Molecular imprinting technique is to generate imprinted polymers with special recognition to templates. In this paper the essential theories, methods, achievements in chromatography separation are reviewed. The trend of molecular imprinting technique is discussed.
