Abstract: With nicardipine as template molecule, methacrylic acid as function monomer, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared by the molecular imprinting technique. The MIP was investigated in equilibrium binding experiment to evaluate its adsorption property and selective recognition. Scatchard analysis showed that the dissociation constant (Kd) was 1.03 mmol/L and the apparent maximum binding capacity(Qmax) was 18.76 μmol/g. It indicated that the MIP had high selectivity and high recognition ability for nicardipine.
