Abstract: By using lead ion(II) as the template molecule, bis[(3-trimethoxysilyl)] ethylenediamine as the functional monomer and tetraethylorthosilicate as the cross-linking agent, mixture of ethanol and dimethylformamide as the solvent of complex reaction, dodecylamine as the surfactant to engineer mesoporosity, lead molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized with preassembling and double-imprinting technology. In this paper, the structure of the polymers was characterized, and the adsorption properties and selective recognition for lead ion was also studied. The experimental results show that the polymers has a high adsorption capacity and good selective recognition for lead ion,and the maximum adsorption capacity is 1076 μg/g, distribution coefficient of lead is over 10 times of other metal ions. The glass column filled with the polymers was applied to separate and enrich trace lead in sample, The polymers shows excellent separation and enrichment ability.
