Abstract: The ethyl hexanoate was synthesized in organic medium, catalyzed by bioimprinted CRL (candida rugosa lipase). The structure and molecular weight of the synthesized product was also characterized by IR and GC-MS techniques. The experimental results showed that the synthesized product was ethyl hexanoate. The increase in activity was dependent on the amount of water, the solvent type and the imprint molecule itself. The reaction medium was heptane, the reaction temperature was 40 °C, and the amount of water was 80 μL. The actvityof bioimprinted enzyme increase more 6 times than free enzyme, and the stability of bioimprinted enzyme was also enhanced.
