Abstract: A molecular imprinted membrane for oxytetracycline recognition was prepared by chemical polymerization using 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy siloxane (APTMS) as the functional monomer, tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the cross-linking agent and ammonia as the initiator. An electrochemical sensor for oxytetracycline was constructed by coating t he molecular imprinted membrane on the surface of an Au electrode. A method for oxytetracycline using potassium ferricyanide as the ionic probe was established with cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. A linear response was obtained within the oxytetracycline concentration range of 3.0 x 10-7 - 4.5 x 10-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.2 x 10-8 mol/L. The recoveries in milk samples were 99.4%-101.1%
