Abstract: Molecular recognition materials prepared by molecular imprinting have been attractive as substitutes of biomolecules, and many efforts have been made to prepare signaling molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) for target sensing. MIPs showing fluorescence properties have attracted attention due to their high sensitivity and the simplicity of operation. In this article, recent development on fluorescent sensing using MIPs is described. © 2012 The Society of Polymer Science
