Abstract: Polysulfone with an oligopeptide derivative of glutamyl residues (PSf-E5.8) was evaluated as a candidate material for molecular recognition. PSf-E5.8 was prepared from Glu(OBzl)-NCA initiated by aminomethylated polysulfone. 9-Ethyladenine was adopted as a print molecule. The molecular recognition phenomena were studied by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy. The affinity constant between the recognition site and adenosine was determined to be 1.30 x 104 mol-1dm3
Template and target information: 9-ethyladenine
