Abstract: From darkness came light: Incorporation of urea-based fluorescent dyes in an anion-imprinted thin polymer shell coated onto silica microparticles leads to a unique and highly enantioselective fluorescent "light-up" response to analytes (see scheme MIP molecularly imprinted polymer)
