Abstract: Imprinted microspheres were prepared by suspension polymerization for the binding and recognition of ofloxacin. The molar ratio of ofloxacin, α-MAA,ST,and DVB was 1:40:40:50. Polymerization was performed at 80 °C for 8 h. The absorption by imprinted microspheres was 5.43 mg.g-1, while the absorption by non-imprinted microspheres was 2.92 mg.g-1.
Template and target information: ofloxacin
Author keywords: Ofloxacin, Imprinted microspheres, suspension polymerization
