Abstract: Combining the advantages of membrane chromatography technology and molecular imprinting technique, the norfloxacin-Zn2+metal molecularly imprinted membrane chromatography was successfully prepared. The structure of the molecular imprinted polymer and membrane chromatography were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The effects of the polymer amount on the performance of the membrane chromatography were studied by water flux test. The membrane chromatography morphology densification was increased with the addition of the filling polymer. Static binding assay results indicate that with the preparation temperature of 50 °C and coagulation bath temperature of 20 °C, the filling polymer 45%, PVDF 16%, PEG-400 15%, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) 3%, the prepared molecularly imprinted membrane chromatography displays the high capacity of the target molecule and recognition ability. Maximum adsorption capacity is 72 mg/g.
