Abstract: A molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by molecular imprinting technique using sulfanilamide as the template molecule, epoxy resin as the monomer, polyethylene glycol as the hole agent and a large excess of diethylenetriamine as the cross-linking reagent. This polymer was used for the identification of sulfanilamide molecule. The chemiluminescence intensity responded linearly to the concentration of sulfanilamide within 1.0 x 10-6 - 3.0 x 10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 6.0 x 10-8 mol/L.The relative standard deviation for 5.0 x 10-5 mol/L of sulfanilamide was 3.7%(n=11).The results showed that the imprinted polymer exhibited much higher affinity for sulfanilamide among the tested compounds, and the recovery results were satisfactory.
Template and target information: sulfanilamide
