Abstract: Since high sensitivity, good selectivity and good cost-effectiveness, sensor based molecularly imprinted polymers has been extensively concerned. This paper introduces the main preparation methods and recognition mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymers and molecularly imprinted sensors, and summarizes the current research status of using molecular imprinting technology in optical sensors, electrochemical sensors. And the research direction of molecular imprinting sensor in the future is described.
