Patent Title: Method for preparing artificial receptors
Publication date: 2000
Publication number: WO0013016
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing artificial receptors on a polymer compound, preferably on a stabilized surface thereof, with binding sites in order to bind biologically or pharmacologically active substances by a) immobilizing template molecules that are biologically or pharmacologically active compounds on the polymer compound, b) coupling reactive functional groups to the polymer compound in order to bond ligands in physiological conditions, c) binding compounds as ligands to the reactive groups, d) preferably stabilizing adjacent compounds that are bonded to the reactive groups for chemical stabilization of the ligands on the polymer compound and e) detaching the template molecules.
