Patent Title: Atrazine concentration sensor and method for measuring concentration of atrazine
Publication date: 2003
Publication number: JP2003_262609
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atrazine concentration sensor and a method for measuring the concentration of atrazine capable of inexpensively, simply, highly selectively, and highly accurately measuring the concentration of atrazine.
SOLUTION: The atrazine concentration sensor 1 comprises both an atrazine selective electrode 12 provided with an atrazine imprint polymer to be selectively combined with the atrazine as a working electrode and a platinum wire 11 as a counter electrode 11, and preferably further comprises both a potential galvanostat device 7 for impressing electrode response potential on the atrazine selective electrode 12 and a computer 9 for computing the concentration of the atrazine according to a current passing between the atrazine selective electrode 12 and the platinum wire 11. By using the atrazine imprint polymer to be selectively combined with the atrazine used as a mold, it is possible to form a compact sensor and to inexpensively, highly selectively, and highly sensitively measure the concentration of the atrazine.
