Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer which can selectively adsorb bile acid alone and a cholesterol-lowering agent having excellent compliance. SOLUTION: This bile acid specific recognition polymer has a specific recognition site, which is formed by the molecular imprinting method, to at least one kind of bile acid or at least one kind of bile acid or a bile acid complex micelle composed of at least one kind of bile acid and a compound capable of forming a micelle together with bile acid.
