Inventors: Kusano H
Patent Title: Aromatic agent
Publication date: 1989
Publication number: JP1046467
Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the lasting property of aromatic effect and to improve moldability, by a method wherein a porous resin imprinted with a fragrance component is added to and kneaded with a thermoplastic resin and the resulting mixture is molded.
CONSTITUTION:A porous resin impregnated with a fragrance component is added to and kneaded with a thermoplastic resin and the kneaded mixture is molded. As the porous resin, a porous crosslinked copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer having at least one vinyl group in the molecule thereof and a monomer having at least two vinyl groups can be designated. The pore volume of the porous resin is within a range of 0.1-5.0ml/g and the particle size thereof is pref. 0.1-1,000mum. The composition ratio of the porous resin impregnated with the fragrance component and the thermoplastic resin is optimized from the aspect of good compatibility and good moldability and pref. within a range of 0.1:99.9-50:50.
