Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical resolution membrane including a polymer which is prepared so as to have optical resolution performance to selectively resolve an optical isomer by a simple and easy method, and to provide an optical resolution method using the membrane. SOLUTION: The optical resolution membrane includes a polymer having a (2-oxo-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl) group which is molecular imprinted with D- and/or L-optically active substances, and is suitable for optical resolution. The optical resolution method comprises bringing the optical resolution membrane into contact with the solution an of optically active substance mixture.
