Patent Title: Imprinted polymer with immobilized gold nanoparticle
Publication date: 2004
Publication number: JP2004-346177
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer having the specific ability to discriminate a to-be-recognized molecule.
SOLUTION: The imprinted polymer with immobilized gold nanoparticles is provided. A device for assaying a to-be-recognized molecule is provided, comprising the polymer. A method for assaying such a to-be-recognized molecule is also provided, comprising the step(a) of contacting a specimen with the device and the step(b) of detecting the interaction between the device and the molecule based on a signal change such as plasmon absorption change derived from the gold nanoparticles.
