Patent Title: Molecular imprinting of solid-supported amphiphile layer capable of undergoing reversible phase transition
Publication date: 1999
Publication number: DE19823432
Abstract: Method for making a structured surface bearing the imprint of a template molecule using a mixture of different amphiphiles that can be induced to undergo a phase transition between a highly mobile liquid-like state (fluid state) and a solid-like crystalline state (gel or crystalline state) comprises coating a surface with the mixture in the fluid state, containing the coating with the template molecule, inducing the phase transition to the gel or crystalline state, and removing the template.
