Patent Title: Molecular recognition polymer and method for producing the same
Publication date: 2005
Publication number: JP2005320422
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a molecular recognition polymer having high adsorption ability and selectivity to catecholamine, by utilizing a molecularly imprinting procedure.
SOLUTION: An imprinted polymer into which a sulfonic group specifically combining with an amino group is introduced as a specific recognition site is synthesized. The polymer is synthesized by using a catecholamine derivative having a disulfide structure as a template molecule, separating and removing the template molecule by means of reductive reaction, so as to form a mercapto group inside a combining site, and oxidizing the mercapto group, so as to convert it into the sulfonic group.
