Patent Title: Method for producing hydrogel material capable of being post-imprinted
Publication date: 2007
Publication number: JP2007-112754
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hydrogel material capable of being post-imprinted to take an optional target substance after polymerization, to provide a hydrogel material obtained by the production method, and to provide a medical device, a medicine or a cosmetic comprising the hydrogel material.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the hydrogel material comprises (a) a process for polymerizing a mixture liquid comprising a monomer having a specific functional group capable of producing a physically cross-linked structure with a target organic compound, a disulfide group-containing cross-linking agent, and another cross-linking agent, (b) a process for reducing and cutting the disulfide bonds in the polymer, (c) a process for taking the target organic compound into the disulfide bond-cut polymer, (d) a process for oxidizing the target organic compound-taken polymer to reproduce the disulfides, and (e) a process for removing the target organic compound from the polymer.
