Patent Title: Molecular imprinted polymer capable of catching objective compound, its preparation method, method of catching objective compound in objective sample by molecular imprinted polymer
Publication date: 2006
Publication number: JP2006-137805
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) capable of suppressing non-selective adsorption of a hydrophobic substance and realizing selective adsorption in the water to an objective compound.
SOLUTION: There is provided the MIP which can catch the objective compound having at least one ionic functional group and which has a water-soluble polymer part and at least one complex-forming part, i.e., at least one complex-forming part in which each of the complex-forming part can interact by ion bonding with any of the ionic functional group of the objective compound, in which, through each interaction between the complex-forming part and the ionic functional group of the objective compound, the MIP and the objective compound can form an ionic complex, and which is bound to the water-soluble polymer part at a position able to catch the objective compound.
