Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a molecular imprint polymer by using a water-soluble organic compound as a template molecule, and to provide a method for manufacturing an artificial immune sensor of voltage detection type based on a molecular imprint procedure. SOLUTION: This molecular imprint polymer of the water-soluble organic compound is prepared so that a surface of an association material is made to be hydrophobic, by combining a molecule of the water-soluble organic compound which is dissolved in a water phase and comprises the template molecule with methacrylic acid, and therefore migration of the association material to an organic phase is accelerated. The artificial immune sensor of voltage detection type is manufactured by subjecting the molecular imprint polymer to impregnation fixation on a plasma polymerization ultrathin film.
