Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing molecularly imprinted material on the surface of phenolic nano silica gel, which comprises the following steps: adding nano SiO2 to pore-foaming agent and making the nano SiO2 and the pore-foaming agent ultrasonically dispersed uniformly; adding template molecules, a functional monomer and tetraethyl orthosilicate functioning as crosslinking agent to the pore-foaming agent containing the SiO2, stirring reaction solution to centrifugate solid and drying the solid obtained after the centrifugation; rinsing mixed solution of organic solvent and inorganic acid which are used for drying the solid so as to remove the functional monomer, the template molecules and the crosslinking agent which are not unreacted, rinsing the solid with diluted alkali and ultrapure water until eluent is neutralized and drying the solid obtained after the centrifugation at 80-100 DEG C so that the molecularly imprinted material on the surface of the phenolic nano silica gel is prepared. In the invention, the nano SiO2 is used as an imprinting carrier, thereby the synthesized molecularly imprinted material on the surface of the phenolic nano silica gel has extremely large specific surface area and large adsorbing capacity and can reach the specific maximum apparent binding number Qmax of 16.43 micromoles/g.
