Abstract: This invention is the preparation method of molecular engram resin used to enrich and separate the protain molecules, by using cloning protein as templates and synthesizing protein engram polymer with longenth limited polymer chain. The molecular engram resin could be used in isolation and enrichment of targeted protein from nature. In the invention, globulation occurs in organic phase, while imprinting occurs in aqueous phase, in order to protect the protein templates from destroying. We overcome the bottleneck problem of obtaining natural trace quality protein's imprinting templates. By using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver nitrate colouring test of adsorption protein, the method is highly-sensitive, definite quantity.
