Patent Title: Recognition of dopamine from neurotransmitters by molecular imprinting sensor
Publication date: 2006
Publication number: TW252917
Abstract: The invention provides a sensor preparation method and its structure by molecularly imprinted conducting polymer for improving the recognition of dopamine among neurotransmitters. The method includes: (a) using a working electrode; (b) dissolvating a dopamine compound and a conducting monomer into a homogeneous solution; (c) coating the homogeneous solution and polymerizing the conducting polymer to form a film on the working electrode; (d) extracting dopamine out of the film.
