Molecular engram inorganic polymerization preparation method for oestrone adsorption functional material

The invention relates to a preparation method of molecular imprinting inorganic polymerization of an estrone adsorption function material. The invention is mainly and technically characterized in that: the estrone is taken as a template molecule; acrylamide is taken as a functional monomer; trimethoxy silicone matrix acrylic having bifunctional is taken as crosslinking agent; the inorganic polymerization preparation method which combines the molecular imprinting with non-water-solution-gel is used for compounding the organic-inorganic hybrid novel adsorption function material which has high selectivity to the estrone. The process of the invention is scientific; the cost is low; the operation is simple; the reaction condition is easy to be controlled. As an adsorbent, the prepared estrone adsorption function material can be used for combining solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography and is suitable for adsorption examinations of trace estrone in various matrixes such as drinking water, etc.
