Preparation of this invention includes following two steps: low-grade polymerize reacting metamer at invariable reaction condition, form oligomer, form coating on template surface, change reaction condition, polymerize coating of template surface, form cross linking outer shell.; Ripen coating of globular template surface in cross linking polymerization process, form high cross linking polymer nanometer outer shell, make nanometer outer shell with strong rigidity, large specific surface area, stable spatial structure of forming site, many sites, and good selectivity, and form controllable thick shell nucleocapsid nanometer compound ball taking molecular recognition function.
