Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor element manufactured by combining a molecular imprinting method and a liquid phase precipitation method, capable of adapting many kinds of molecules as target molecules and more practical with respect to selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility, etc. ; SOLUTION: When a metal oxide film is formed on a substrate by the liquid phase precipitation method, a polyion compound is added to the reaction solution of the liquid phase precipitation method. By this method, the obtained physical properties of the metal oxide film change and the selectivity with respect to the target molecule is sharply enhanced. ; COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
