L-phenylalanine analysis detection method based on molecular engram integral column

The invention relates to a method for rapidly concentrating and detecting L-phenyl alanine by utilizing a molecular engram monolithic column in a micro-channel. A method for preparing the molecular engram monolithic column comprises: the L-phenyl alanine is dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide and then added with a functional monomer and pore-foaming agent to be shaken for 1h; after that, the mixture is added with cross linker and evocating agent for ultrasound desaeration and is deoxidized by being communicated with nitrogen; the solution is filled into the micro-channel C2; and the micro-channel is sealed to have reaction under ultraviolet illumination. When the molecular engram monolithic column is used for detecting the L-phenyl alanine, the sample reacts with fluorescence derivatization reagent in another channel C1 after flowing through the molecular engram monolithic column, and is detected when flowing through a detection hole.
