Abstract: The present invention relates to one kind of macro molecular engram of periston microsphere and its low temperature suspension polymerization preparing process, which includes the following steps: dissolving N, N'-methylene biacrylamide and protein into N-vinyl pyrrolidone as the oil phase A1 via stirring; separating A1 into two parts, B1 and B2; adding benzoyl peroxide in 0.5-5.0 wt% into B1 and dimethyl aniline in 0.1-2.0 wt% into B2; compounding continuous phase A2 with water solution of Na2PO4 in 2-4 times the volume of A1 and hydroxyethyl cellulose; adding the oil phase B1 into the water phase A2 under the protection of N2 and through stirring, adding oil phase B2 to react for 5 hr, and eluting off protein to obtain periston microsphere serving as macro molecular engram. The periston microsphere prepared at low temperature and in water medium has regular shape, average grain size of 50-500 microns and homogeneous size distribution.
